Planned to see Veracruz major attractions and it was great place for visiting all of them. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Candela. A large king room was a highlight for us.

My recent stay at Yes Inn Nuevo was excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfy, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel even arranged for a car rental company to deliver and retrieve a vehicle at no extra cost. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel’s location is nowhere near the historic center of the town, but it is close to the airport and next to a grocery store. the spacious and comfortable rooms were impressive, and so was the nice pool area. the service was adequate, and the hotel facilities were suitable, but the absence of an airport shuttle has created serious issues.

The breakfast was a nightmare due to rotten food.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was nestled in a quiet commercial center. Despite being a ghost town, I found it quite convenient to have shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself was top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms. I appreciated the abundance of plugs for my devices and PC, as this is often overlooked by other hotels. The swimming pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing and relaxing environment. I also enjoyed the good restaurant on-site, offering delicious meals at reasonable prices. Additionally, the hotel went above and beyond by arranging for a hire car company to deliver and retrieve a vehicle right to the hotel's doorstep, at no extra cost.
